Returns & Exchanges

STAUD accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the request process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for each to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label, print it, and securely attach it to your package using the original STAUD packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
